We get it - life gets busy, and sometimes swimming lessons just don’t fit the schedule! If you're needing to step away, please complete the form below.

However, if you're withdrawing due to an issue or concern, we’d love the chance to help! Reach out to us at lessons@pikespeakathletics.com so we can work with you toward a solution that keeps your swimmer on track with their goals.

Important: Withdrawals must be submitted by the 15th of your swimmer’s final month.
(For example, if October is your last month, submit this form by October 15.)

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24-hours, please contact us at lessons@pikespeakathletics.com to confirm receipt of your form and ensure your withdrawal has been processed successfully.
